1. What do you need for spa installation?

You just need access to the backyard, a stable, level spot for the spa, nearby electricity, and a garden hose.

2 . What is a spa warranty?

1-5 Years subject to different accessories.

3 . How frequently should spa water be changed?

Most spas require draining and refilling every three to four months because of chemical buildup. However, the frequency depends on the water care system you use and how often you use the spa.

4 . Does the spa have to be installed outside?

Most hot tubs are installed outside, but they can be easily installed indoors as well.

5 . Is the spa compatible with my country’s electricity?

Yes, we make hot tubs based on the electrical standards of each customer’s country and test them before delivery.

6 . What payment methods do you offer?

We accept T/T, 30% deposit before production,70% balance before delivery.

7 . What certifications do your products have?

Our spas are certified with CE, RoHS, SAA, KC, ETL, and UKCA and we also follow the ISO9001 quality management system.
